Surya to pair with Katrina or Anushka Sharma

One of Kollywood’s biggest young star Surya is all set for his biggest project of his carrier. The movie is a trilingual flick (Tamil, Hindi and Telugu) and is to be produced by Udayanidhi Stalin of Red Giant Movies. The movie is going to be produced by A.R. Murugadoss who has given Bollywood biggest hit Ghajini with Aamir Khan. The movie also brings back Ghajini winning combo: Surya-A.R.Murugadoss-Harris Jayaraj back in action.

It has been confirmed that Surya has recommended Harris Jayaraj to score music for all the three versions. So, the biggest sensation comes with an official announcement made by filmmaker Murugadoss that a leading actress from Bollywood would be roped in for the female lead.

Although, the filmmaker didn’t reveal much about it, his closer sources have unveiled astonishing fact that talks are going on with Bollywood princesses Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.

Meanwhile, Surya has reasserted that he’ll start shooting for this film by March 2010 once he completes his present projects “Singam’ and Bollywood debut “Raktha Charithra’ directed by Ram Gopal Varma.

Girls would die-loving Surya in Aadhavan

Look over here; it’s something another interesting fact from K.S. Ravikumar who is busy now shooting for his ‘Aadhavan’. Produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin under the banner of Red Giant Movies, the film’s script was actually penned by Ravikumar’s close friend Ramesh Khanna, an actor as well filmmaker. The film would completely depict Surya in an anti-hero role with negative shades.

Also the filmmaker has said that the entire film would be extensively shot across the locales of Kolkatta. Well, wouldn’t be there any romantic scenes? Of course, why not… You will find the best romantic sequences between Surya and Nayanthara and girls would die-loving Surya in that another shade. Saroja Devi has made her comeback after a long time and has a resplendent role to perform.

Surya’s Aadhavan launched not in grandeur

Dasavatharam, K.S. Ravikumar is keen on making for the time he had missed out in the making of grandeur. Within 4 months of times, he has completed shooting for his ‘Jaggubhai’ featuring Sarath Kumar and Shriya Charan in lead role. Well, known for completing his films very fast, he’s on his next ‘Aadhavan’ starring Surya and Nayanthara in lead role. ‘Kuruvi’ may not have favored Udayanidhi Stalin, but he’s so excited producing this film under the banner of Red Giant Movies. The film was launched yesterday in privately where only film unit was present.

Nayanthara stars opposite Surya in female lead and of course, she would be posing with a different shade. That’s what we heard from K.S. Ravi Kumar. Harris Jayaraj scores music and it’s well evident that Surya has recommended him for the magical mantra. N.S. Ramakrishna has penned the story while R. Ganesh cranks camera. Don Max who fervently introduced ‘Spot Editing’ takes on the stand. Rajeevan, again a favorite of Surya is the art director. Looks like everyone in the team including Nayan has been Surya’s choice… Kanal Kannan choreographs stunts.

K.S. Ravikumar avoids about ‘Aadhavan’ talks

Director K.S. Ravikumar is well-famed for his stunning directorial style. He happens to be one the perfect filmmaker who just sways completing his film’s shooting within scheduled dates. At the moment, he is fast on the floors of Surya-Nayanthara starrer ‘Aadhavan’. Couple of schedules have been completed and he doesn’t let a word out about this film. When asked about this film, he said “Please don’t ask anything about Aadhavan. First let my film ‘Jaggubhai’ release and then we’ll discuss about this…”

Looks like ‘Jaggubhai’ would be much more interesting in its concept than ‘Aadhavan’ and that’s more illustrious about his reply. Or else, producers of this film should’ve insisted him not to speak more on Surya’s film as it would lessen the expectations for ‘Jaggubhai’ starring Sarath Kumar and Shriya Charan in lead roles.

Surya's Aadhavan launched:

Udhayanidhi Stalin and his Red Giant Movies had a launch of their new musical action adventure Aadhavan on Friday morning at AVM studios.

The film directed by the showman of Kollywood, K.S Ravi Kumar has Surya and Nayanthara together for the first time.

The Surya-Harris Jayaraj combination is once again going to rock after doing back to back musical hits Vaaranam Aayiram and Ayan. The film will also have Vadivel in a comic role.

The story is by comedian N.S.Rameshkhanna better known as Ramesh Kanna, cinematography is by Ra.Ganesh, art director is Rajeevan, editor is Don Max and stunts are by Kanal Kannan. The film is co-produced by M.Senbagamurthy and R.Arjun Dorai.

Nayanthara amidst all controversies surrounding her has flown into Chennai for the photo shoot of the film. This sets to rest the rumours in industry circles that Nayan has been thrown out of the project.
